]]> Mock Interview https://bselectedpolice.com/product/mock-interview/ Mon, 03 Aug 2020 15:38:39 +0000 https://bselectedpolice.com/?post_type=product&p=22846 In the mock interview 4 questions around the competencies which will be assessed in your board (taken from the briefing document/matrix) are pre-prepare. These may be a mix of past and forward facing questions (if required in your board). In the first session (around 60 minutes), under ‘board’ conditions, you will be interviewed following the same process that your force will use. A quick discussion about your overall performance would follow. Your interview will be then be robustly marked against the CVF and we highlight in detail aspects of your performance from our interview notes.

In a second session of around 45 minutes, you receive full and honest feedback on the mark we think you would have received and, importantly, we give detailed feedback on areas where you did well or where you need to improve in order to guide your final preparation. Both sessions are conducted over Zoom.

Note: These sessions are only available to those who have previously attended a bselectedpolice Masterclass, 1:1 coaching or completed the online programme.

Once you place your order, you will be emailed a link to enable you to complete the test and you will be sent the report when completed.
