*** 12th May – 19:00Hrs ***
This is the latest in our series of bite sized webinar ‘chats’ aimed at focusing your promotion preparation to ensure maximum performance and delivery – when it counts.
In this webinar we are very please to announce that we will be joined by Ross Campbell – a temporary Superintendent for change and dyslexia advocate.
Ross was diagnosed with Dyslexia in 2014 as an acting Inspector, having being unsuccessful through many promotion and selection processes. Ross’s experiences have motivated him to share his journey, help shape processes to support officers and staff and raise awareness of SpLD’s both locally and nationally. Ross’ aim is to help officers realise their potential and see that SpLD’s aren’t a barrier to success.
In this webinar we will discuss with Ross the huge issue of dyslexia and other SpLDs in the police and how you can manage these to be as effective as possible through a challenging promotion process.
We will also answer questions and have a ‘live’ open discussion. You can ask for advice or get frustrations off your chest.
Grab a brew (or a beer), cakes (or crisps) and join in the discussion!
