Our Police Promotion Virtual Masterclasses (09:00am – 17:00pm over Zoom or Teams) are based around small learning groups (max of 4) that we work with closely to help you perform at your very best through the selection process. Like all of our coaching it is suitable for assessments using the CVF or any local framework or plan.
Firstly we will give you all the essential theory of competency based assessment that you need in order to succeed, and introduce you to two powerful structures, STAR+ & REDSTaR© that will massively simplify and turbo charge your preparation.
We then give you step by step guidance on how to write strong answers for two example questions – in essence you will create answer templates.
Using these answer templates, you are then able to build brilliant answers, that will maximise your chance of success, for any competency based question that you may be asked.
